My Career

I began my career as a law firm associate and have spent the past 15+ years recruiting for some of the country's largest firms. As the Director of Lateral Partner Recruiting for AmLaw 200 firms, I hired hundreds of attorneys and developed robust integration plans that increased lateral productivity and retention.

Throughout my career, I have developed a keen sense for helping candidates and clients clarify their true recruiting goals.


It is not uncommon for candidates to believe that a certain firm or position is a perfect fit, only to change their thinking after we have evaluated their career goals. I coach them to think big-picture about their career arc to ensure their next role aligns with their objectives.  


Similarly, I guide my clients to specifically identify lateral hires that best advance their strategic goals and ensure those hires make a meaningful impact within their firm or in-house legal department.

My Life

When I’m not returning candidate calls or scouting out the next great open position, I'm heading to the public library with my daughters, working on my latest jewelry project, or trying to break into coaching in the competitive world of neighborhood youth soccer.
